Refund and Returns Policy

At Flex Flora, we take great pride in delivering healthy, vibrant plants and eco-friendly gardening products to your doorstep. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience—even if a return or refund is needed.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if any of the following conditions apply:

The product received is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product or variety
The plant is severely unhealthy or dead on arrival

Note:
To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, with photo or video evidence. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Plants that were damaged due to improper care after delivery
Customized planters or made-to-order items
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
Subscription services or packages once activated

How to Request a Return

To help us process your return smoothly, please follow these steps:

Share your order number, issue details, and photo/video of the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

- Arrange a pickup (where applicable), or
- Send a replacement free of charge, or
- Initiate a refund to your original payment method

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer)
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side

Replacements

If your item is eligible for a replacement, we’ll ship the new product at no extra cost. In case of unavailability, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
